I bought my first camera at age 12, and instantly fell in love with everything to do with image capture. That Nikkormat was my constant companion all the way through high school. My passion for the visual arts grew exponentially in Europe where I attended the Parsons Paris/American College of Design. After living and working throughout Europe for the next few years, back home in Los Angeles, I stumbled onto a film set through a friend, and knew from that moment that this is where I needed to be. I started as a runner for a small production company, to Camera Assistant, Camera Operator, to Director Of Photography where i find myself today. I have had the great fortune to work with the industries very best throughout my years of on the job training. I have worked on National and International Ad Campaigns, award winning Documentary film, Blockbuster features, and everything in-between. I have always embraced new technological advances in image capture, lighting, and camera movement. New tools that become new paint brushes. My passion for this great profession, my many years of diverse experience puts me in a great place to welcome all cinematic challenges presented.
